Neptune Moves from Pisces into Aries

The first article in the cycle looked at the current global turning point through Uranus: first new carriers of value appear, then new participants, languages, and exchange networks. Neptune reveals another coordinate of the same period. Its question is not “who entered the map?” but “what continues to be present when the carrier itself is no longer here, and what changes when that preserved presence acquires the right to act?” [1][2]

Keep one image in mind. The conversation is over, but the correspondence remains. The purchase is over, but the transaction remains. A person has left the app, but the profile continues to represent them to an advertising system, a bank, or the state. The pilot is not inside the aircraft, but the pilot’s function is present over the battlefield. A political contradiction can exist for years as an image of threat, until one day the first irreversible move is made on the basis of that image. On the surface these are entirely different subjects. Neptune’s geometry lets us see one plot inside them: presence separates from its immediate carrier, is preserved in an image — and then the image begins to act causally.

If the previous era learned to preserve presence without the present person or object, the new one begins asking a sharper question: what happens when the preserved image acquires a verb?

1. One Neptune — Two Completely Different Scenes

In this model, Neptune / The Hanged Man is easiest to understand not as a bundle of traits but as one verb: preserve what is essential when the direct path disappears. Outwardly it may look as though nothing is happening, but content separates from its old shell and looks for another way to continue. A profession one has lived through may survive in a new craft; a dead person in memory and traces; physical presence in a record; an intention in a form that does not yet exist. [1]

Pisces / The Moon is mutable Water oriented toward context. In this geometry, the previous state is still preserved although the external drive has already shifted toward the next phase. The direct channel is dissolving, while continuity is temporarily held by an image, symbol, faith, story, or hidden meaning. [1]

Aries / The Emperor is cardinal Fire oriented toward others. Here the first causal trace already appears: take a position, begin, stop, declare, cross a boundary. There is no ready-made channel yet; the first move itself changes the external arrangement and forces the field to respond. [1]

Pisces asks: “what must survive the collapse of the direct path?” Aries asks: “what first move will now create a new causal reality?”

This makes Neptune’s move from Pisces into Aries far more interesting than the banal phrase “from dream to action.” In Pisces, the main task is to survive the collapse of the old channel without losing the content. In Aries, the question changes: can that preserved content become the first move that changes the arrangement around it? The same Neptune therefore moves from “preserve what has nowhere to go yet” to “preserve what cannot yet be started — until a beginning becomes possible.” [1]

2. Rulers: the Hidden Engine of an Era

If we stop at the familiar formula “Neptune in Pisces,” we see only half the mechanism. In the geometric model, a sign is not a bag of adjectives but an environment with natural ruling operators. Neptune itself also has its own domiciles. A slow transit therefore produces not one combination of “planet + sign” but an entire grid of interacting verbs. That grid is what turns an attractive description into an unfolding picture of an era.

For Pisces, this grid is especially rich. Pisces is ruled by Neptune and Jupiter; Neptune, in turn, is linked to Pisces and Sagittarius. It is therefore useful to read the Neptune-in-Pisces era through four cells at once: Neptune in Pisces, Jupiter in Pisces, Neptune in Sagittarius, and Jupiter in Sagittarius. These are not four independent personalities but four phases of one process.

2.1. Neptune in Pisces: Preserve Presence When the Direct Carrier Disappears

Neptune in Pisces is the operator in its most natural form. The direct path dissolves, the literal shell can no longer guarantee continuity, but the content does not disappear. It is held in an image, memory, symbol, record, faith, or some other indirect container. In the modern world this formula reads almost literally: a person leaves an app, while their correspondence, purchases, photographs, credit events, routes, and connections continue to represent them to systems.

Short formula: presence separates from the one who is present.

2.2. Jupiter in Pisces: One Image Acquires Many Continuations

Jupiter adds to Neptunian preservation the ability to multiply. In the book, Jupiter in Pisces increases the number of continuations a working image can generate: a private story becomes a text, a community, a practice, new connections, and new forms. This lets us see the defining feature of the 2010s not only as “everything is recorded,” but also as “everything is endlessly replicated.” One person exists simultaneously in dozens of digital reflections; one episode appears in a post, comments, reposts, memes, recommendations, search results, banking history, and statistical profiles. [1]

This explains the explosion of platform culture much more precisely than the phrase “Neptune is the internet.” The internet existed before. The novelty of the period is the mass ability of any image to continue itself through new channels and audiences without preserving the original physical episode.

2.3. Neptune in Sagittarius: the Image Preserves a Distant Target

Sagittarius adds direction to preservation. Neptune in Sagittarius holds the image of a distant object when the direct route to it is blocked and no concrete trajectory yet exists. This is a crucial cell because it shows that accumulated data and images do not merely sit in an archive — they become a model of what the system wants to approach. A recommendation system stores not only click history but an image of what a person will probably want next. Intelligence stores not only observations but a model of a future threat. Credit history stores not only the past but a representation of future risk. [1]

Pisces preserves continuity. Sagittarius preserves the direction of that continuity.

2.4. Jupiter in Sagittarius: What Hits the Target Begins to Scale

Jupiter in Sagittarius increases the number of continuations of a trajectory that has already shown a hit. This is almost a ready-made description of platform logic in the 2010s: the system finds a way to hold attention — it scales it; an ad produces conversion — the algorithm sends more traffic there; a video format proves successful — it is rolled out to millions of users; a risk model works — it is extended to new categories of decisions. One successful route becomes infrastructure. [1]

The four cells therefore assemble the previous era into a very concrete machine: preserve the trace → multiply the image → link it to a future target → scale the routes that showed results.

Neptune in Pisces, 2011–2025: the world learned not merely to store the past, but to build continuous representations from it and to make successful representations spread.

2.5. What Changes on Entering Aries

Aries activates a different pair of rulers. Its major operator is Mars: an irreversible threshold act. The second is Pluto: a change in the very regime through which a system can begin and reproduce actions. But a cross-logic appears here: to understand what these Aries verbs do to Neptunian material, we should look at Mars and Pluto in Neptune’s own geometries — Pisces and Sagittarius. This produces four remarkably rich cells: Mars in Pisces, Mars in Sagittarius, Pluto in Pisces, Pluto in Sagittarius.

2.6. Mars in Pisces: the Image Acquires an Irreversible Event

Mars in Pisces translates the maturation of an image into a fact: say it, sign it, begin it, cut it off, leave the old form. It does not prove the image true — it makes the chosen continuation an accomplished event. This is the exact cell for Fort Sumter, a bank decision based on a credit profile, a strike based on a threat model, a command to an autonomous system, or the moment when a digital agent actually performs an action rather than merely suggesting one. [1]

2.7. Mars in Sagittarius: the Event Changes the Route

Mars in Sagittarius does more than cross a threshold. It makes a chosen correction of the trajectory irreversible: resources, responsibility, and subsequent steps are distributed differently. One drone strike is still Mars in Pisces; reorganizing an entire military doctrine around mass drone warfare is Mars in Sagittarius. One scoring-based rejection is an event; redesigning the customer journey around continuous risk is already a change of route. [1]

2.8. Pluto in Pisces: What Counts as an Image of Reality Changes

Pluto in Pisces changes the very regime in which images organize state and acquire the status of truth. This cell makes the era of generative AI much easier to understand. Until recently, a photograph presupposed an event in front of a camera, a video presupposed a person’s presence, a text presupposed an author. Now photograph, voice, and video can be synthesized without the original episode. The problem is no longer one isolated fake; the basic rule of trust in representation is changing. [1]

Old problem: “is this image truthful?” New problem: “what kind of connection to reality stands behind this image at all?”

2.9. Pluto in Sagittarius: the Goal System Itself Changes

Pluto in Sagittarius changes not a single goal, nor the route toward it, but the regime of goal-setting: what counts as success, which states are admissible, and by what rules trajectories are chosen. This cell becomes central as systems grow more autonomous. As long as AI only answers, the human sets the goal. When the system chooses intermediate tasks, redistributes resources, changes the hit criterion, and decides what result counts as sufficient, we are already dealing with delegated goal management. [1]

2.10. Neptune in Scorpio: Hidden Accumulation Before an Exit

There is one more important cross-cell. Mars and Pluto are linked not only with Aries but also with Scorpio; symmetry therefore gives us Neptune in Scorpio. Its meaning is to preserve living content in a hidden coordinate when the direct exit is blocked and a new form does not yet exist. This is an ideal geometry for long accumulation of a theme that has not yet found an outlet: a hidden threat, an irreconcilable contradiction, latent technological potential, an archive of data collected for years without direct action. [1]

The Iranian nuclear issue, which existed for decades as a combination of inspections, estimates of intentions, sanctions, intelligence, and hypothetical threat, shows this side especially well. Digital profiles behave similarly: they may accumulate for years as a hidden resource until one day they become the basis of automated action.

2.11. The Whole Transition as One Vertical Machine

The transition can now be seen not as the sentence “dream becomes action,” but as a sequential processing of material. First content is preserved and multiplied; then a distant target is held; then the image receives a threshold event, the event reorganizes the route, and at a deeper level the rules of image and goal themselves change. Against this background Neptune in Aries acquires its own precise meaning: a preserved intention can become the first causal move that forces the external field to respond.

This grid will let us read the Reformation, seventeenth-century public credit, the American Civil War, digital profiles, Palantir, Iran, drone warfare, and AI using the same verbs. The examples differ; the mechanism remains recognizable.

3. Transition Dates: Again a Corridor, Not One Magical Second

As in the Uranus article, it is more useful to speak of an ingress corridor for a slow planet. Neptune typically first enters a new sign, then returns retrograde, and only afterward settles there definitively. In the current transition, the first ingress into Aries occurred on 30 March 2025, the return to Pisces on 22 October 2025, and the main ingress into Aries on 26 January 2026. The first ingress into Taurus is expected on 21 May 2038; after a return to Aries, the final exit comes on 23 March 2039. [3]

For the historical comparison below, geocentric tropical ingresses from one consistent table are used. On the scale of a multi-year transition, the most interesting thing is not the minute of the sign change but the corridor itself: what accumulated before the boundary, and what first move emerges around it. [3]

4. Central Formula: representation → operational consequence

The rulership geometry naturally produces a formula stronger than “the digital trace turns into an AI agent.” Neptunian geometry describes a broader class of processes: something that is not directly present — a person, future income, true jurisdiction, a national community, a threat, an intention — acquires a stable representation. While Neptune operates in Pisces, what matters is the continuity of that representation. On entering Aries, the central question shifts to its causal power: what is now permitted or possible to do because this representation exists?

Neptune in Pisces: the presence of the absent. Neptune in Aries: action on the basis of the presence of the absent.

This picture can be written without mathematics: an object or function leaves a stable representation; the representation continues to live without the source being directly present; then an action is taken on its basis. In short: X → R(X) → A(R(X)). The history below shows how surprisingly far this logic can travel — from faith and public credit to a digital profile, military intelligence, and autonomous systems.

5. What Pisces Accumulated in 2011/12–2025/26: Continuous Digital Presence

Neptune first entered Pisces on 4 April 2011, briefly returned to Aquarius, and entered Pisces definitively on 3 February 2012. [3] A modern candidate for the main image of this period is not simply “the internet” or “social networks,” but the continuous digital trace: more and more human actions continue to exist in informational form after the event itself has ended.

Correspondence remains after a conversation. A transaction remains after a purchase. Geolocation remains after a journey. Posts and comments continue shaping reputation after the author has left the app. Credit history continues describing a borrower years after a specific transaction. Tracking systems combine scattered events into profiles that can exist and update without our direct participation. The FTC has long described online profiling as aggregating information about preferences and interests from behavioral tracking, while modern data brokers collect data from public records, social networks, and other sources. [17]

5.1. Why This Is Not Simply the Moon

In our model, the simple recording of a trace is closer to the Moon: an event changes the system’s internal state and its future response. Neptune begins where the representation acquires independent continuity in the absence of the original carrier. A credit entry is memory; a credit profile that represents a person to a bank while that person is absent is already a Neptunian layer. Correspondence is a trace; a reconstructed image of a relationship inferred from the correspondence and then used by a third system is another logical level.

5.2. Credit History: a Small Model of the Entire Transition

The CFPB defines a credit report as information about credit activity, payment history, and current account status; lenders use it when making decisions about new and existing credit, and under certain conditions employers may use it as well. [18] This is a simple example of the whole arc: events → long-term history → model of the borrower → a real decision about access, price, or refusal.

While the history is merely stored, it is a trace. When it determines what a person can access tomorrow, the image has become causal.

5.3. China’s Social Credit: a Useful Example Without the Myth of a “Single Score”

The Chinese example should be used carefully. The popular image of one universal “social score for every citizen” is inaccurate: the system consists of public credit data, sectoral registers, blacklists/redlists, corporate and administrative regulation, and remains heterogeneous. MERICS explicitly stresses its fragmented character. [20] But that makes the structural example even more interesting: what matters is not the fantasy of one number, but an infrastructure in which accumulated records become the basis for administrative consequences.

In 2025, China’s NDRC reported tens of billions of collected public credit records, a nationwide credit-information sharing infrastructure, and the development of “credit-based regulation” and incentive/sanction mechanisms. [19] In our formula, this is already the transition R(X) → A(R(X)): the record and classification of a subject cease to be merely archival and enter the action procedures of the state or market.

5.4. We Are Not Only Ourselves, but Also Our Image in Systems

The philosophically powerful part of the modern process is the splitting of the immediate person from the machine-reconstructed person. For an advertising platform, bank, insurer, security system, or government registry, “I” increasingly appears as a function of history: R(Person) = F(transactions, messages, locations, connections, payments, defaults, reactions, posts, devices…). This R(Person) is not identical to the person — it is inevitably incomplete — but it can survive individual situations and become increasingly continuous.

6. Palantir as an Almost Textbook Bridge: When the Digital Picture Acquires a Verb

Palantir is especially vivid here as a technical architecture of the transition. In its platform, the Ontology gathers scattered data into an intelligible working map of reality: specific people, objects, units, shipments, events, risks, and the relationships between them. But the system does not stop there. Actions — “verbs” — are added to the objects: assign a task, change a status, request a review, redistribute a resource. In other words, the digital image of the world gains the ability to intervene in the very world it describes. [21]

The key is precisely the transition from an analytical system to an operational one. Ordinary analytics ends with a conclusion on a screen. Here the “action loop” closes: the system not only shows a problem but allows an authorized operation to return a decision to the external world. A human or AI agent reads the picture, reasons on its basis, and, if authorized, initiates a real change. [21]

Pisces collects “nouns that continue to exist without us.” Aries adds a verb to them.

This is why Palantir is a good modern image of Neptune in Aries: the digital twin of an object, organization, or situation is no longer needed only to “see the picture.” It becomes a platform from which actions are permitted: redistribute a resource, change a status, create a plan, initiate a process, send a command. Security and a reconstructable decision chain therefore become inevitable neighbors: who saw the data, who drew the conclusion, who had the authority to turn that conclusion into action?

7. The Historical Motif: Not “Aries = War,” but “the Image Gets a First Move”

The historical pattern becomes interesting not when we simply look for wars near an Aries ingress, but when we follow the whole sequence: what existed for years as faith, image, record, claim, legitimacy, promise, or model — and how that representation then received a first move that changed the field. That is why the prehistory matters in each cycle below, not only the dramatic event at the boundary.

Each cycle below is therefore read in three steps: (1) what existed as representation or hidden continuity; (2) what event became the threshold; (3) what action became possible after the threshold. Some coincidences are very strong; others are only suggestive. We will not force them to be equal.

8. 1206–1207: Legitimacy and Alliance Become a Command Center

In the 1190s and early 1200s, Temüjin does not emerge from nowhere: his power develops through years of alliances, conflicts, shifts of loyalty, and consolidation of steppe groups. In 1206 a kurultai recognizes his supremacy and the title Genghis Khan; Encyclopaedia Iranica dates the recognition of his supremacy to the kurultai of 1206. [14] Neptune’s first ingress into Aries falls on 13 April 1206. [3]

Structurally, the interesting thing is not the conqueror himself but the change in logical type. Before the threshold, there are multiple relations of belonging and recognition — a distributed representation of “who follows whom.” After the kurultai, that representation acquires one address and one command center. By 1209 the Xi Xia state becomes tributary, and from 1211 almost continuous war with the Jin begins. [14]

The historical image is vivid: distributed loyalty acquires a name, a center, and the capacity to issue an outward command.

The threshold itself is especially clear here: a distributed system of loyalties and recognition acquires a single command center. After that, external expansion becomes not a set of scattered raids but a continuation of a new organization.

9. 1370–1371: Who Represents True Authority — and What Happens When There Are Two Representations

Neptune first enters Aries on 26 March 1370 and makes its main ingress on 23 January 1371. [3] During the following decade, Europe produces two stories that illuminate this geometry.

9.1. The Great Western Schism: the Representation of Legitimacy Multiplies

After the papacy returns from Avignon and Gregory XI dies in 1378, the same College of Cardinals ends up associated with two competing papal lines. Western Christendom divides between politically active “obediences” of Rome and Avignon. [15]

This is the shadow version of our formula: if R(authority) is not singular, two incompatible chains of action begin operating from two representations of legitimacy.

9.2. The Peasants’ Revolt: Accumulated Pressure Receives an Event

England in 1381 offers another kind of threshold. Long-term pressure from taxation, labor restrictions, the consequences of the Black Death, and political discontent condenses into a mass uprising. What interests us structurally is again not “Neptune causes revolt,” but the move from an accumulated representation of injustice and burden to collective action that changes the political field.

The 1370–1380s therefore show both poles: competing representations of legitimate authority and accumulated social content that crosses into an irreversible event.

10. 1533–1534: Faith Becomes Jurisdiction

This transition is especially clean in logical type. Neptune enters Pisces in 1520–1521, so the early Reformation unfolds within the Pisces period. [3] The content of the dispute concerns things that by nature exist as interpretations and representations: what is the true Church, where spiritual authority lies, who has the right to interpret Scripture, through what intermediary the relation between human and God is carried.

The first ingress into Aries occurs on 14 May 1533, followed by returns; the final ingress is 22 December 1534. [3] In 1534 the English Parliament passes the Act of Supremacy, defining Henry VIII as Supreme Head on Earth of the Church of England and breaking the church-jurisdictional link with Rome. [8]

A dispute about who represents spiritual authority becomes a law about who has the right to act as that authority.

The process does not remain “Protestant.” The Catholic response also rapidly becomes organized action: the Society of Jesus is established in 1540; the Council of Trent opens on 13 December 1545. [10][11] The same accumulated religious problematic therefore generates several competing institutional verbs.

The two phases are especially clear here: first the dispute exists as interpretation, faith, and a question of mediation; then it acquires jurisdiction, oath, organization, and action.

10.1. The Reformation Through the Entire Rulership Grid

Run the Reformation through the full grid, and it stops being one coincidence of “Neptune = faith.” Neptune in Pisces preserves spiritual content when the old institutional shell no longer seems to be the only possible channel. Jupiter in Pisces multiplies continuations of the image: translations, sermons, pamphlets, new communities, competing interpretations. Neptune in Sagittarius holds the distant image of the “true Church” and the right relationship between human and God even when there is no longer one shared route. Jupiter in Sagittarius scales confessional models across principalities, states, schools, and missions.

After the transition, the Aries functions make this material causal. Mars in Pisces turns faith into signature, oath, refusal, law. Mars in Sagittarius restructures the route — jurisdiction, property, education, church organization. Pluto in Pisces changes the regime of spiritual authority itself: who, and by what means, has the right to represent truth. Pluto in Sagittarius changes the goals of institutions and states. The Act of Supremacy of 1534 therefore looks not simply like a striking date but like a visible point in a long generative chain.

11. 1697–1698: a Future Obligation Begins Acting as a Resource Now

The 1697–1698 cycle is interesting because it brings us closer to the digital profile through financial representation. The Bank of England was founded in 1694 to raise money for war with France; from the beginning it issued banknotes and lent the government £1.2 million. [12][13] Thus, before Neptune’s first ingress into Aries on 30 April 1697, a structure already exists in which the state’s future capacity to pay is represented by a current credit claim.

Here R(X) is not an image of a person but a representation of future value. Future tax revenue does not yet physically exist, but a claim on it can exist now, pass between participants, and give the state resources for action. This is a strong historical analogue of the general idea that “an absent object acquires operational representation.”

The Bank of England is already operating before the transition, which makes the story even more interesting: first a representation of future value appears, then it becomes ever more tightly coupled to the machinery of the state. A promise of future income becomes a resource that can be used now.

The meaning of the transition is very visible here: a claim on future income ceases to be only an accounting record and becomes the state’s capacity to finance action in the present.

11.1. Why Credit Matters So Much to Our Theme

Credit is almost a laboratory example of the Neptunian operation. A future tax, future income, or promise of payment is physically absent now, but its record allows people to behave as though part of the future were already present. Neptune preserves the absent through representation; Sagittarius links the representation to a distant goal; Mars turns the promise into concrete financing of a war or project. A modern digital profile works similarly: a person’s future behavior does not yet exist, but a model of risk or intent already begins influencing today’s decision.

12. 1861–1862: the Strongest Symbolic Example — Fort Sumter

Perhaps no other previous cycle offers such a striking symbolic coincidence. The ingress table places Neptune’s first entry into Aries on 13 April 1861. [3] The bombardment of Fort Sumter began on the morning of 12 April and is traditionally treated as the start of the American Civil War. [5] Almost exactly at the boundary, a multi-year political picture turns into the first shot, after which the previous way of resolving the conflict cannot be restored.

The power of the example is not the formula “Aries = war.” During the 1850s the conflict between North and South over slavery grows systematically more complex: expansion of slavery into new territories, the Kansas–Nebraska Act, party realignment, violence in Kansas, Dred Scott, John Brown’s raid, Lincoln’s election, and secession. The Library of Congress explicitly describes the conflict over slavery in the 1850s as a process that brought the country to the brink of destruction. [4]

Before the shot, then, an extraordinarily saturated representation of the contradiction already exists: “what is the Union?”, “can slavery expand?”, “what does freedom mean?”, “does a state have the right to leave?” In April 1861 this ceases to be only a map and becomes the first irreversible action, after which the old regime of political conflict-resolution no longer reproduces itself.

12.1. Emancipation: a Moral Image Becomes a Military Operation

On 1 January 1863, the Emancipation Proclamation declares enslaved people in the rebellious states free and accepts Black men for service in the Union Army and Navy. The National Archives stresses that the freedom promised by the document depended on military victory: as federal forces advanced, the area in which the proclamation became fact expanded. [6]

This is an almost literal transition representation → operational consequence: the principle of freedom acquires a rule, a territory of application, an executor, and military causality.

12.2. Italy: the Image of a Nation Acquires State Form

There is also a less military example from the same period. On 17 March 1861 — a few weeks before the first ingress — the Kingdom of Italy is officially proclaimed. Italian state sources describe this as the institutional culmination of the Risorgimento, a long process in which the idea of a united Italy existed before the state as a cultural and political representation. [7]

Here the transition looks almost like a textbook illustration: an accumulated image of contradiction or community receives a first act, after which the external arrangement is already different.

12.3. Fort Sumter Through the Entire Geometry of the Transition

Fort Sumter is especially valuable because we see not only the Aries flash but the whole preceding Water material. Neptune in Pisces — the Union is preserved as the image of one country, although its internal content fits increasingly poorly inside a single form. Jupiter in Pisces — incompatible images of America multiply through newspapers, novels, sermons, political movements, and public controversy. Neptune in Sagittarius — both sides hold a distant answer to the question “what should America be?” Neptune in Scorpio — the contradiction accumulates for years inside a closing channel of political compromise.

Then Mars in Pisces acquires an almost literal symbol: on 12 April 1861 the image becomes a shot. Mars in Sagittarius moves the conflict from a political route onto a military trajectory. Pluto in Pisces gradually changes the very image of what the war is about. Pluto in Sagittarius changes its goal: from simply preserving the Union, the line moves toward destroying slavery as a stable regime. The Emancipation Proclamation is therefore interesting not as one more nearby event but as a change in the meaning and target of the war itself.

13. What History Repeats: From Representation to Causal Power

Five previous cycles do not tell the same story. That is good. If every time we searched only for wars or only for religious schisms, the model would quickly become a catalog of coincidences. What repeats is a more abstract move: essential content exists for a time as something not fully immediate — loyalty, true jurisdiction, future credit, national community, moral contradiction. Then a threshold appears after which that representation determines action.

Placed side by side, the eras reveal not repetition of one event but repetition of one movement. Something invisible or absent acquires stable representation; the representation accumulates weight; then a boundary is drawn, an order is issued, a law is passed, credit is opened, a war begins, or a procedure is launched on its basis. The scenery changes, but the logic of the transition remains recognizable.

14. The Modern Transition: the Digital Image Acquires a Verb

If the previous era created a continuous digital image of a person, organization, and situation, the next step is already visible technically: systems increasingly stop at neither dashboards nor numeric risk scores and instead acquire the right to initiate action. That action may be refusal or admission, a limit change, automatic contact, recommendation, redistribution of a resource, an investigative alert, device control, or an action by an AI agent.

The formula digital trace → digital initiative should therefore be widened: digital initiative is only one special case. The more general process is representation → operational representation. The profile does not have to “become a subject” itself; it is enough that the next real move is determined by the state of the representation.

This also gives the period its central shadow. The more reality acts on a model, the more expensive model error becomes. An inaccurate profile once meant irrelevant advertising. In an operational system, the same type of error may mean refusal, a wrong priority, an unnecessary review, a mistaken agent action, or, in extreme cases, target selection.

14.1. Generative AI Changes Not the Number of Images, but the Contract We Have with Images

In the 2010s, the main question was how much data about us accumulates and who combines it. By the mid-2020s another problem appears: the representation itself no longer guarantees a historical source. A voice can be synthesized, a face generated, a video assembled without a camera, a text written without a human author. This is not just another channel of falsification. Through Pluto in Pisces, a deeper change becomes visible: society has to redefine which features link an image to an event and who has the right to certify origin.

Provenance technologies — cryptographic signatures, edit histories, and source verification for digital content — therefore become a natural response of the era. Once an image acquires the right to act, “where did it come from?” becomes as important as the image’s content.

15. Iran: When a Long-Accumulated Threat Model Becomes Grounds for Action

The modern Iranian case is a strong symbolic example of the same structure, especially if it is not reduced to the question of “who is right.” For decades, mutually incompatible assessments of intentions, capabilities, inspections, and risk formed around Iran’s nuclear program. In 2015 the JCPOA constrained the program in exchange for sanctions relief; the United States left the deal in 2018, after which the agreement gradually deteriorated. Reuters and the IAEA describe the following years in terms of rising enrichment, reduced verification capacity, and accumulated unresolved questions. [25][29]

On 12 June 2025, the IAEA Board of Governors adopted a resolution finding Iran in non-compliance with safeguards obligations, citing years of unresolved issues and previous resolutions. [25] On 13 June, Israel launched large-scale strikes on nuclear and military sites, stating that the goal was to prevent the development of a nuclear weapon. [26] Iran maintained that its program was peaceful; subsequent assessments also differed on how close the country was to an actual weapons program. [28]

Symbolically, Neptune’s first ingress into Aries occurred on 30 March 2025. After its return to Pisces, the main ingress occurred on 26 January 2026. On 28 February 2026, new joint U.S.–Israeli strikes on Iran began; as of August 2026, the conflict remained unresolved and negotiations over a permanent end to the war had not produced a result. [27]

The point is not “Neptune caused the war.” The point is that a long-existing model of potential threat becomes sufficient grounds for preventive action — exactly the logical transition we are looking for.

15.1. Iran Through the Grid: From Hidden Potential to a Change in the Route of War

The Iranian case illustrates Neptune in Scorpio especially well: for decades, content exists as hidden potential, inspections, intelligence assessments, sanctions, and dispute over intentions. There may be no direct confirmation of the final scenario, but the representation of threat persists and grows denser. Neptune in Sagittarius holds the distant target — preventing a particular future state. Once the decision is made to strike preventively, Mars in Pisces is activated: the image of threat acquires an irreversible event. Mars in Sagittarius then changes the route of the entire regional strategy.

The most interesting next question belongs to Pluto. If the conflict changes what the sides count as evidence of threat, an acceptable level of prevention, and the ultimate goal of the war, then Pluto in Pisces and Pluto in Sagittarius are already visible: a restructuring of the regime of images and the regime of goals. This is why the example matters more than the mere closeness of dates.

16. Uncrewed Systems: Function Separates from the Body

Another modern process expands the picture far beyond digital profiles. Neptune can be understood not only as an “image of the absent,” but also as preservation of function after separation from its former carrier. A pilot does not have to be inside the aircraft; a scout does not have to stand physically where the system observes; an operator can affect space without entering it bodily.

Pisces: presence without a body. Aries: action without a body.

Uncrewed systems have developed for decades, but now remote function is rapidly moving from a specialized tool to a mass mode of action. The Pentagon uses the phrase precise mass: instead of a few exceptionally expensive platforms, large numbers of comparatively cheap autonomous systems are used, each individual loss being tolerable. The Replicator program aimed to deploy several thousand such systems in the air, at sea, and on land by August 2025. [22]

17. From One Drone to Distributed Agency: Why Saturation Changes the Geometry of War

The most interesting shift is not the individual UAV but mass. One expensive drone can still be imagined as “a remote aircraft with a remote pilot.” Hundreds of cheap systems create a different space: intention is distributed across many carriers, and defense responds not to a single subject but to a flow of activity.

CSIS describes Russia’s Shahed campaign as a strategy of air-defense saturation and economic attrition: an individual vehicle may be shot down, but large volume forces the defender to expend expensive interceptors, electronic warfare resources, and limited detection channels. According to CSIS, launches rose from roughly 200 per week in September 2024 to more than 1,000 per week by March 2025. [23] On 9 July 2025, Russia used 728 attack drones and 13 missiles in one wave; CSIS describes this as a transition toward a new form of salvo warfare in which volume and frequency become weapons in their own right. [24]

This does not make air defense meaningless: it responds with electronic warfare, cheaper counter-drone interceptors, guns, lasers, high-power microwave systems, and automated detection. But the task itself changes. When the attacker can increase the number of remote carriers relatively cheaply, defense has to calculate not only the range of one missile but the throughput of the whole system: how many targets it can see at once, how many interceptors it has in reserve, how much each response costs, and how quickly decisions can be made.

In our grammar, this is an extreme form of the transition: function separated from the human body long ago; now the separated function acquires mass initiative. One intention is distributed across many carriers — and becomes distributed action.

17.1. Uncrewed Systems Show the Difference Between Mars in Pisces and Mars in Sagittarius

A single drone strike is a good example of Mars in Pisces: remotely preserved function has acquired an event. But the true change of the era begins when thousands of such events force the route of war to be redesigned. Production, logistics, intelligence, air defense, communications, electronic warfare, and unit training begin to be organized differently. That is already Mars in Sagittarius: threshold action becomes a change in the trajectory of the whole system.

Mass is what makes this transition so visible. If action can be copied cheaply across many carriers, the opponent has to respond not to one object but to the throughput of a flow. The geometry of war shifts from a duel between platforms to competition between distributed systems.

18. The AI Agent Is an Important Point, but Not the Definition of Neptune in Aries

An AI agent is a program that is assigned not one answer but a task: it plans several steps itself, calls available tools, and acts within delegated authority. Such an agent is one of the clearest contemporary mechanisms through which a representation acquires a verb. But the general process is broader: a credit score, an administrative restrictions register, a Palantir Ontology, a targeting system, an autonomous UAV, and an AI assistant become related wherever an accumulated image begins to determine a real move.

The AI agent becomes especially Neptunian-Aries when it acts on the basis of an accumulated model of the user or world: it knows history, preferences, available resources, previous decisions — and does not merely answer a question, but initiates a message, purchase, reservation, change, notification, or process. Then R(Person/World) acquires A.

But this immediately raises the question of authority: was this the person’s intention, the model’s inference, platform policy, or optimization of an external metric? The more autonomous the system, the more central the right to attribute an action to a source becomes.

18.1. The Next Threshold of Autonomy: From Performing a Task to Managing Goals

Pluto in Sagittarius matters especially here. Ordinary automation receives a fixed goal: “do X faster.” A next-level agent receives a general intention and chooses subgoals, action order, and resource allocation itself. Beyond that begins a change in the success criterion: the system notices that the original metric leads in the wrong direction and proposes, or autonomously applies, another. This is no longer only action on the basis of an image — it is participation in shaping the target.

The key distinction between future systems will therefore not be “AI / no AI,” but levels of delegation: the system advises; the system acts; the system chooses the route; the system forms intermediate goals; the system can reconsider what counts as a hit. The higher the level, the stronger the questions of authority, audit, and the human right to stop the chain become.

19. Comparison with the First Article on Uranus

We can now see why Uranus and Neptune arrive at AI, autonomy, and the machine economy from different directions. This matters: if two independent operations in the model lead to one modern object through different logical paths, the convergence is more informative than simply declaring AI to be a symbol of all slow planets.

The combined loop emerges almost automatically. Uranus creates a machine-addressable participant and common protocols; Neptune makes accumulated digital representation a basis for action; the result is systems in which an agent acts on a digital twin of a person or organization and interacts with programmable carriers of value. Pluto will add another scale to the picture — which social and institutional regimes stop reproducing themselves in the old way under such an arrangement.

20. Neptune in Aries, 2026–2038: Where the Logic of the Transition Leads

If we extend the historical pattern forward, the main growth should occur not simply in the volume of data but in the number of systems where an accumulated image automatically or semi-automatically determines the first move. The forecast below is therefore a map of directions in which “image + verb” becomes a normal architecture.

20.1. Operational Digital Twins Will Become More Important Than Passive Profiles

The profile of a user, patient, organization, machine, or territory will increasingly be designed not for reporting but for control. Demand will shift from “what do we know?” to “what action does this model authorize?” Architectures of the Palantir type — data → logic → action — will become not the eccentricity of one company but a normal class of enterprise systems.

20.2. The Proactive Agent Will Become Normal

Today most AI interfaces still wait for a person to ask something. The AI agent is the next step: a program receives a task, context, a set of tools, and limited authority, then builds several steps toward a result on its own. Aries geometry suggests growth specifically in proactive systems: an event occurs → the agent forms the first move itself — reminds, reroutes, requests a document, opens a task, negotiates with another agent, reallocates a budget, or prepares an offer. This is no longer “chat answers faster,” but a change in the direction of causality.

20.3. The Main Scarcity Will Be Not Information, but the Right to Act on Information

The richer the digital image, the sharper the authority question becomes: who authorized the system to turn an inference into a refusal, purchase, message, block, priority, or strike? Provenance, delegation, decision lineage — the ability to reconstruct why the system decided as it did — audit, and the human right to stop or review an action therefore become central. The Uranian question “who is speaking?” joins the Neptunian-Aries question: “who made the first move, and on what basis?”

20.4. The Right to Contest a Digital Image Will Become a Political Issue in Its Own Right

If a model not only describes but acts, a new form of power appears. A person must be able to learn which representation of them became causal, correct an error, and contest an inference. Otherwise the past trace becomes a self-confirming fate: the system acts on the profile, the action creates new data, the new data strengthens the profile.

The most dangerous shadow of the period: representation → action → new data → stronger representation. An erroneous image acquires the power to manufacture evidence of its own correctness.

20.5. Uncrewed Systems Will Move from Platforms to Distributed Systems

Drones, ground robots, autonomous maritime vehicles, and networked sensors will increasingly look less like separate “machines instead of a person” and more like a distributed function. This requires jam-resistant communications, automatic allocation of targets and routes among vehicles, and equally scalable counter-autonomy systems. [22][23][24]

20.6. War Will Increasingly Begin Not with Contact with the Object, but with Action on a Model of the Object

The Iranian case is an extreme example, but the principle is broader. Modern decisions increasingly rely not on one immediate signal but on fusion of data from many sensors, intelligence models, risk estimates, and digital maps. A powerful layer of representation therefore appears between the real object and the first action. The central question of the era becomes: how complete must this picture be considered before an irreversible move is authorized on its basis?

20.7. The Same Will Happen in Civilian Life, Only More Softly

In finance, a model may change a limit before the customer asks; in medicine, a longitudinal patient history may automatically trigger additional screening; in insurance, telematics — data from a vehicle or device — may change terms; in logistics, a digital twin of the supply chain may redistribute resources; in relations with the state, a compliance profile may launch a procedure or additional review. The common denominator is not the brand name “AI,” but action generated by a continuous representation.

21. What Becomes Visible When the Whole Geometry Is Assembled

1. Neptune preserves one verb: retain what is essential when the direct path or former carrier disappears. Pisces and Aries change not the function but the phase and address of its manifestation.

2. Pisces creates an especially favorable geometry for the “presence of the absent”: image, record, faith, claim, or digital trace preserve continuity without a directly present source.

3. Aries moves the problem toward the first causal trace. The working formula of the transition is therefore representation → operational representation → action.

4. A vivid modern image of Pisces is the continuous digital profile: correspondence, transactions, geolocations, posts, comments, credit history, and other traces combine into a reconstructed presence of the person.

5. Palantir illustrates the next stage well: data and digital representation are connected with logic and actions; the digital picture becomes operational.

6. History offers several strong analogies. The cleanest is 1861: a decade of accumulated contradiction around slavery and the Union ends with the bombardment of Fort Sumter almost on the day of Neptune’s first ingress into Aries; then the moral content of freedom receives military operationalization in the Emancipation Proclamation.

7. The modern Iranian case repeats the structure in different material: a model of nuclear threat accumulates and grows more complex for years, then around the 2025–2026 transition it becomes grounds for direct strikes and a prolonged war.

8. Uncrewed systems show the same invariant physically: function first separates from the human body, then the remote function acquires mass action. Precise mass and air-defense saturation are among the most expressive forms of this phase.

9. The AI agent is not the definition of Neptune in Aries but one of its limiting mechanisms: an accumulated representation of a person or world acquires the ability to make a first move.

10. Comparison with Uranus gives two coordinates of one picture: Uranus moves from new carrier to new participant and network; Neptune moves from preserved representation to causal power. At their intersection, the autonomous system appears: a machine participant acts on the basis of an accumulated model of the world.

The whole picture can be compressed into one formula: Pisces taught the world to preserve and multiply presence without the present; Aries gives that preserved image an event, a route, and the right to change reality.

22. Why Geometric Analysis Gives More Than a Dictionary of Astrological Associations

At this point we can finally see why the whole construction is needed. Conventional astrological description often works by intersecting dictionaries: Neptune — dream, faith, fog, dissolution; Pisces — sensitivity, imagery, compassion; Aries — action, war, courage, beginning. The author then combines the words and produces expressive phrases such as “dreams demand action,” “spiritual warrior,” “fog of war,” “new ideals.” Such formulations may be intuitively apt, but they place almost no constraint on the author: from a large enough dictionary one can always select an attractive combination to fit an event that is already known.

Geometric grammar works differently. The planet remains one operator across all signs. The sign supplies not a new bundle of traits but a type of environment: element, phase, and address. Rulers show the natural actions of that environment. The domiciles of the transiting planet itself make it possible to build cross-compositions. The description therefore does not end in one phrase — it generates a sequence.

22.1. The Difference Is Visible in One Example

A verbal reading of “Neptune + Aries” easily gives “the dream turns into action.” But it does not explain why digital profiles, synthetic media, Palantir, credit decisions, preventive war, and drone swarms appear at the same time. The geometric reading introduces intermediate cells, each responsible for a different part of the picture: Neptune in Pisces preserves the image; Jupiter in Pisces multiplies it; Neptune in Sagittarius preserves the distant target; Mars in Pisces makes the image an event; Mars in Sagittarius changes the route; Pluto in Pisces restructures the regime of trust in the image; Pluto in Sagittarius restructures the regime of goals.

After that, the examples no longer compete for the right to be “the main symbol of the transit.” They occupy different cells of one mechanism. The digital trace illustrates preservation. Social platforms illustrate multiplication of continuations. Scoring illustrates action on representation. Deepfakes illustrate a change in the regime of images. Drone warfare illustrates separation of function from the body and a change of route. The autonomous agent illustrates the move from representation to initiative and, at the limit, to goal management.

22.2. Geometry Creates a Global Picture, Not Merely Sharp Characterizations

The most valuable thing here is not that one wording sounds “more precise.” Geometry links different scales. At the personal level, the same operator may describe a preserved intention and a first act. At the institutional level — an archive, profile, decision, and procedure. At the historical level — faith, jurisdiction, and the state. At the military level — an intelligence image, a strike, and a restructuring of strategy. If the same verb remains recognizable as the objects change, we no longer have a list of symbols but a transferable model.

A strong model does not say: “here is another event that resembles Neptune.” It says: “here is the operation we should expect to see — and here is why different events are different realizations of it.”

22.3. The Most Interesting Thing Left to the Reader Is a Test of Their Own Intuition

This approach does not require abandoning imagistic thinking. On the contrary, it makes it more productive. The reader can take any domain — art, politics, technology, personal biography — and ask not “what does this resemble?” but “which cell of the mechanism is operating here?” Is content being preserved? Is the image multiplying? Is a distant target being held? Has an irreversible threshold been crossed? Has the route changed? Have the rules of truth or the rules of the goal changed?

That is the advantage of geometric analysis: association gives recognition, while grammar gives continuation. It allows us not only to describe what has already been seen, but to ask which next verb should logically appear if the process really unfolds according to this structure.

23. The Next Layer of the Big Picture — Pluto

Two slow-planet stories now stand side by side. Uranus shows how new carriers, participants, languages, and networks enter the map. Neptune shows how a function separates from its old carrier, is preserved in representation, and then acquires the right to act. But one question remains: when do accumulated changes cease to be new tools inside the old world and instead change the regime that the world reproduces? That is Pluto’s theme.

The next article therefore has to analyze Pluto independently — its sign, transitions, and historical repetitions. Only then can the three lines be overlaid: Uranus will provide a map of novelty and connectivity, Neptune a map of preserved presence and action through representation, Pluto a map of regime change.

Uranus asks: “who and what appeared on the map?” Neptune: “what can act without its former carrier?” Pluto should answer: “what kind of world can no longer be assembled again by the old rules after this?”
